Personalization of a gift is our in-house process of adding a name, special message or logo to a gift. 

There are several means of accomplishing personalization. We have chosen the two most professional methods

for personalizing your gifts.

 

At Pegasografica use the most advanced technologies available in Laser and Computerized engraving systems

 to decorate your gifts with your personal message or logo. We will use the appropriate engraving method 

 for your specific gift to ensure its uniqueness and highest level of quality in engraving.

 

What is the cost of personalization?

 

Pegasografica has revolutionized the personalized gift industry by offering its customers free 

personalization services. There is no charge to you for personalizing a gift with a name, special 

message or a logo * .

 

Our free engraving services cover a full name, message, company name or a logo * engraved on one line 

in one location in most instances. However, in some cases depending on the item, you will be able to 

engrave more than one line. Acrylic awards, plaques and book end's are among the products that are suitable

 for more than one line of engraving. For some products, there is a €5.00 fee for an additional line of 

 engraving and a €5-€12.00 fee for engraving on a second location.

 

One time €39.95 Logo setup fee will apply to orders with logo engraving.

 

What is the cost of engraving a Logo?

 on all items. In addition to our Free Logo Engraving Services* , we also offer the following:

 

NO minimum order requirement and

NO setup fee on any items for text engraving!

 

*One time €39.95 Logo setup fee will apply to orders with logo engraving.

 

How long will it take to personalize my gift(s)?

 

Our objective is to process your order, personalize it, package it and ship it in 3 to 5 business days.

 We will notify you immediately if your order is delayed more than 7 business days. Please let us know 

 if you have a specific deadline and we will try our best to meet your targeted date.

 

How do I personalize a gift?

 

At Pegasografica, we make personalizing your gift a simple and enjoyable process. We can assist you with 

your personalization needs whether you are shopping for a single gift for a friend or for 150 gifts for a 

company meeting.

 

How much text can I engrave and what size font do you use?

 

Each gift has a limitation on the number of characters that can be engraved. The font size is determined by 

the number of characters we are engraving on your specific gift. The more text engraved the smaller the 

font size. Our system is preformatted for the number of characters that can be engraved on each gift.e 

maximum number of characters that can be engraved on the item.

 

Can my company logo be engraved?

 

Yes, the largest percentage of our gifts and award items can be decorated with your company or 

club/organization logo. Our most advantageous offer at pegasografica is that we do not charge for 

engraving your logo on the gifts whether you order one piece or a thousand pieces. One time logo 

Set-Up Fee of €99.95 will apply to your first order only.

What are the requirements for logo art work?

 

Laser Engraving is different from most other printing processes. Your home or business 

printer may print in shades of gray or in color but the engraving process of a laser works in 

black-and-white only. Please check with your art department for advice on how to produce artwork in Black 

and White saved in a TIF or EPS format.
