•You must make full payment before your order can be processed via Cash or Card.
 
•We reserve the right, by giving notice to you at any time before receipt, delivery or performance of our obligations to you, to increase the price of the Products to reflect any increase in the cost to us due to any factor beyond our control (such as without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, significant increase in the costs of labour, materials or other costs of manufacture).
 
•Your order will be personalised or custom made to your approved specifications so we cannot offer a refund unless the product does not match the order or is found to be faulty.
 
•We check all finished products with you. Any concerns must be brought to our attention at this time; otherwise your acceptance of the product will be taken as approval of your goods.
 
•Your receipt is proof of purchase and will need to be produced when collecting orders, so please keep it safe.
 
•We aim for a fast turnaround time however; production times rest heavily upon demand for service and stock availability at the time of your purchase. We will not be held liable for delays.
 
•You must have the right to upload or email any images/information you send to us.
 
•You must have all rights to all materials and information supplied to us in order to instruct us to perform any such requests which you make on behalf of yourself or any third party.
 
•You must have the right to request for us to print or otherwise use any materials or design ideas which you give/forward to us in relation to our website, our services and products.
 
•You can send us information via Email, Bluetooth, Whatsapp.
 
•We accept images in the following formats: JPEG, Ai, PNG, EPS, and High Resolution PDF.
 
•Your photo image quality will only be as good as the original print. We advise no less than 300dpi to get the best quality print.
 
•You accept that when enlarged a photo may lose some definition and that colour variation may occur in the finished item.
 
•We will, at our discretion position the image or text either portrait or landscape.
 
•Our standard design templates are included in the price. However requests for additional editing and design work are accepted but will be charged extra. Additional costs start from €7.00. You will be charged according to the length of time and level of work required. 
 
•If you ask us to order something for you that we do not have in stock and you are not able to wait until our next delivery date then we will gladly do so. However, we will class this as a ‘Special Delivery Request’ which will include a non-refundable fixed charge of €10.00
 
•You are responsible for checking all spelling and design details. We will not commence printing until we receive your approval. 
 
•If your order is for collection you will be informed when it is ready via phone or email so please ensure that all contact information is correct.
 
•Some of our products are not suitable for young children due to small components and parts which could be hazardous to their health so please follow all health, safety and aftercare instructions on the product labels.
 
•Unless you have made a special request for us to keep your images and/or messages on file we will automatically discard of your information within 48hours of completion of your order. You retain all intellectual property rights, including copyright, to the images that you have uploaded to the website or emailed to us.
 
•You are advised to keep backups of all material provided to us. In particular, it is up to you to keep backup copies of images uploaded by you or emailed to us. We will not be responsible for keeping backups or for loss of, deletion or corruption of any images or any other material.
 
•We may use your product(s) and or images to display in any of our promotional and marketing materials, websites or stores. If you are not happy with this please let us know when ordering.
